What Is Nagiho？
I gather and weave the words
that arise in my heart
through the experience of living each day.
Nagiho is my calligrapher’s name,
one of my works,
and a philosophy nurtured through the time
I have lived.
The words I gather reveal
themselves through everyday life,
through what I receive from
the rhythms of nature,
and through dialogue and
quiet questions within myself.
I write those words in ink and
gently place them.
The words gently placed return to stillness.
When they touch someone’s heart,
they begin to breathe once again.
This is a cycle of returning to stillness.
From this quiet flow,
every one of my works is born.

Why Words？
Words are life itself.
Emotions, memories, prayers,
and the quiet traces of the time I have lived.
For me, words are not merely a means of expression.
They are also a path back to my true self.
The words drawn from within are born as time and
experience accumulate, eventually returning to stillness.
When I weave those words in ink,
they transcend mere words and become a from of expression.
And someday, somewhere,
those words will touch someone’s heart
and begin to breathe anew within them.
Believing in that possibility,
I continue to weave words.
To you living in the present.
To you Living in the future.

なぜ言葉なのか
言葉は、生きること、そのもの。
感情、記憶、祈り
そして生きてきた時間の静かな軌跡。
私にとって言葉は
表現のためだけにあるものではありません。
本来の自分へと還るための道でもあります。
内側から掬った言葉は
時間と経験を重ね
静けさへと還る中で生まれます。
その言葉を墨で紡ぐとき
それは言葉を超え
ひとつの表現となります。
そして、その言葉たちが
いつか、どこかで
誰かの心に触れ
その人の中で新たに息衝きはじめる。
その可能性を信じ
私は言葉を紡ぎ続けます。
今を生きるあなたへ。
未来を生きるあなたへ。

The Birth of the Philosophy
of Nagiho
Each day, I gather the words
that arise in my heart.
I write them in ink and quietly place
them before the world.
They are the traces of a heart
that has sought to remain true to itself.
They are also the reflection of my sincere desire
to bring my heart, my words,
and my actions into harmony.
Each work holds the words and the moments
that could only have been gathered at
that particular time.
Our emotions are constantly changing.
The words I gather in each moment remain as a work.
The feelings I do not gather simply pass by.
A work is a word gathered from a single moment—
a testament to the time I have lived.
It is the philosophy of Nagiho made visible.
The works I quietly place begin to weave new stories when they touch someone’s heart.
Through these endless connections,
my works continue to grow,
and in turn,
they continue to nurture me.
For as long as I live.
Words that quietly stay beside you.
Words that continue to breathe by your side.
With the hope that they may always be so,
I will continue to write in ink,
quietly and faithfully.

凪穂という
哲学から作品が生まれた理由
日々を生き、心に感じる言葉を掬う。
言葉を墨で綴り、そっと置く。
それは
私自身が自分に誠実であろうとした
心の在り方の軌跡。
そして
心、言葉、行動を一致させたいと
自分自身が望み挑んだ真の姿です。
ひとつひとつの作品は
その瞬間にしか掬うことのできない
言葉と時間を映しています。
日々の感情は流動的。
その瞬間、心に感じ、掬った言葉は
作品として存在し
掬っていない感情は、そのまま流れてしまう。
作品とは
その瞬間を掬った言葉であり
私が生きた時間の証。
凪穂という哲学が形となったものです。
静かに置いた作品は
誰かの心に触れ
新たな物語を紡ぎ始めます。
その限りない重なりが作品を育み
私自身もまた育ててくれる。
命尽きるまで。
あなたに
そっと寄り添える言葉。
あなたのそばで
呼吸し続ける言葉。
そう在るよう望みを込めて。
